Ticket Policies and Procedures

Note: We are unable to transfer pre-purchased tickets for future days/times or refund any extra tickets bought. Online jump tickets are final sale, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Coupons cannot be applied to online tickets or combined with other purchases either online or in park.

Please plan on arriving at least 10 minutes before your jump time is set to begin to allow for waiver check in, wristbands and Trampoline Safety Socks (if you don’t already have them!) Your jump time will begin promptly at the time you chose. Like an airport, we are on a tight schedule, and jump passes need to be used for the time-frame they were purchased, as it affects our capacity/headcount for the entire park. We can’t alter your Jump Pass time for you because you hit traffic on the way or didn’t leave the house in time!

Inclement Weather Policy
The safety of our customers and staff is very important to us. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe road conditions, Altitude may close early. In the event of closing early there will be social media posts on Facebook announcing the details.

  • Only Altitude socks are permitted on the trampolines (no shoes or socks from other parks). For your safety, Altitude socks are required to jump and can be purchased at the front desk for $2.00 and may be reused during future visits.

Release Waiver

All jumpers of Altitude Trampoline Park must sign a waiver to participate. Jumpers under the age of 18 must get parent/guardian consent and sign-off.
